Meet the Team
Neil's Archery began in 1987 by founder, Neil Newkirk, who turned his passion in the sport into a business. We have been located at 122 West Main Street, Endicott, NY for nearly twenty-five years. Neil had decided it was time for him to retire (but not fully) and he wanted to sell it to someone who had the same passion and integrity for the sport as he did. Thus, since 2006, the shop has been owned by Tom Pappas and his family.
Tom and Neil, along with a group of very experienced employees and staff shooters make for an exceptional team serving the Southern Tier for all your archery needs. Between our staff and employees, we have countless awards at the State and National level along with countless hours logged in a tree stand. Every member of our team has a passion for Archery. We shoot or hunt all year round.
